Personal Touch Home Care Services

Since 1992, Personal Touch Home Care Services has been setting a high standard in southern Virginia for at-home care. The company was founded by John Thurman, who had previously been the Administrator at Greensville Memorial Hospital, his late wife, Linda, and Elaine Seymour, R.N. Now assisting the company as Public Relations and Marketing Director is John’s current wife, Barbara Thurman.

Today, Personal Touch Home Care serves clients in seven counties by providing a number of personal care services. The support offered includes assistance with activities of daily living, simple household maintenance, basic health care and companionship. This support allows individuals to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own home instead of in a managed care facility or assisted living home.
